the respondent page · six looks

Six ways to wear a survey.

The page your respondents open can take on any of six built-in looks — not recolours, but distinct visual identities, from warm and editorial to a glowing CRT terminal. Your agent picks one per survey, just by being asked. Every card below is the real thing: real fonts, real colours, real spacing.

just tell your agent — “use the phosphor theme”

how to choose one

Just ask your agent

Theme is set per survey, and your agent handles it — mention a look when you build (or change it any time, even after publishing). It works on the hosted page and on your own, with nothing to configure.

1

Name a theme when you build

Say the look you want and the agent sets it on that survey — it's stored alongside the survey, so the link renders in that theme for everyone who opens it.

"Build a 4-question customer-satisfaction survey and
use the Noir theme. Publish it and give me the link."
2

Change your mind any time

Re-theme an existing survey in one line — it takes effect on the next page load, even for surveys you've already published and shared.

"Switch my product-feedback survey to the Phosphor theme."
Behind the scenes: the agent uses the set_survey_theme tool (and list_themes to see the options), storing just the theme name on your survey — the styling lives in the page itself, never your data. Self-hosting? Set BRAND_THEME on your deployment to pick the default look for surveys that don't choose one.
